SARA - I like yellow. My favorite TV program is Dog with a Blog.

ANA - I like that program, too. It is very funny.

SARA - Stan is a dog. He can talk.

ANA - Avery is very smart.

SARA - Tyler is her brother. He is stupid.

ANA - Cloe is a little girl.

SARA - I can swim.

ANA - I can swim, too. I can speak English. My teacher is John.

SARA - John is my teacher, too.

ANA - I have one brother and one sister.

SARA - Me, too.

ANA - Sara is my best friend.

SARA - You said that.

ANA - I watch TV in the living room.

SARA - I sleep in the bathroom.

ANA - No, you sleep in your bedroom.

ANA - Sara is crazy.

SARA - I have two turtles.

ANA - I have many fish.

SARA - Today is Monday.

SARA - We don’t have school on Saturday and Sunday.

ANA - I live near El Corte Inglés.

SARA - Valencia is far from China.

ANA - I drink milk, water, and juice.

SARA - I eat cookies for breakfast.

ANA - I have spaghetti for lunch.

SARA - I have dinner at 9:00 at night.

ANA - I have breakfast before school.

SARA - I have lunch at 2:00 o’clock.

ANA - My birthday is in April.

SARA - My birthday is in June.

ANA - I run in the park. I like to read.

ANA - Madrid is bigger than Valencia.

SARA - Barcelona is smaller than Madrid.

ANA - Madrid is the biggest city in Spain.

SARA - Ana is older than I am.

ANA - My birthday is in April and Sara’s birthday is in June.

SARA - I like the pool.

ANA - I like the beach. I like to swim in the sea.

SARA - I like to ride my bike in the park.

ANA - I can sing.

SARA - I can sing, too.

ANA - My favorite song is “5 Little Monkeys.”

SARA - I love that song.

SARA - Stupid monkeys! Stop jumping on the bed!

ANA - Monkeys like to jump on the bed.

ANA - No, I’m not a monkey. I’m a little girl.

SARA - Do you like bananas?

ANA - Yes, I like bananas.

SARA - Can you climb a tree?

ANA - Yes, I can climb a tree.

SARA - Monkeys like bananas and monkeys like to climb trees.

ANA - I am not a monkey!

Best Friends

Ana and Sara are best friends. Ana and Sara have a lot in common. They have many, many things in common. Ana has one brother and Sara has one brother, too. Sara has a sister and Ana has a sister, too. Ana lives in Valencia and Sara also lives in Valencia. Ana is seven years old. Sara is seven years old.

Ana and Sara are different, too. Ana likes pizza but Sara doesn’t like pizza. Sara likes Justin Bieber but Ana doesn’t like him. Ana says that Justin Bieber is stupid. Ana can cook but Sara can’t cook. Ana’s favorite color is yellow and Sara’s favorite color is purple.

Ana and Sara go to the pool. They both can swim but Ana goes to the pool on Monday and Sara goes on Tuesday. Sara and Ana like to swim. 

They go to the same school. They are in the same class. They have the same teacher. Sara and Ana have a lot in common. Ana's favorite teacher is Lidia. Sara's favorite teacher is Susana. They aren't sisters but they are almost sisters. 

Ana and Sara have a lot of toys. They have many toys. They have a lot of dolls. Ana has three dolls and Sara has four dolls. They like dolls. They like to play. Do you have a lot of dolls? How many dolls do you have? Do you have more dolls than Sara?

Whales are big.

The two girls have pets. Ana has two turtles and Sara has a lot of fish.  She has nine fish. The fish can swim. Can turtles swim? Can whales swim? Can sharks swim? Whales are bigger than sharks. Whales are the biggest animals in the world.

Sara and Ana (Rooms in the House)

Sara is 7 years old. She lives in a little house far from Valencia. Her house is near the mountains. There is a forest near her house. Sara plays in the forest. 

She has one brother and one sister. Her brother is 11 and her sister is 16. Sara has two pets. She has a dog named Billy and a cat named The Kid. Sara has lots of toys. Sara has three dolls! Do you have three dolls? How many dolls do you have? Do you have a lot of toys?

Sara’s brother is called Tom. This is his bedroom. He has a desk, a chair, a bed, a carpet, a lamp, books, a computer, and some toys in his room. Is his room clean or dirty? Tom likes to play basketball. Do you like to play basketball?

Sara has lots of friends. Her best friend is Ana. Ana is 7 years old, too. Sara likes to go to the beach in the summer. Ana likes to go to the beach, too. Do you like to go to the beach? Do you like to go to the swimming pool?

Sara and Ana go to the same school. The school is very small.  Sara and Ana walk to school every day. The school is not far from the house where Sara lives. Sara can walk to school in ten minutes. Her favorite teacher at school is Lidia. Who is your favorite teacher?

Sara and her brother are in the kitchen. They are cooking dinner. Sara can cook. She likes to cook. Can you cook? Do you like to cook? What can you cook? Sara can cook many things. She can cook paella. She can cook popcorn. Sara can cook fried eggs. Things in the kitchen: a fridge, a stove, a table, chairs, plates, and glasses. 

This is Sara's bedroom. Is it clean or dirty? Sara cleans her bedroom every day. She makes her bed and puts her toys away. Sara likes pink. Her favorite color is pink.

Sara and Ana study English every Monday. Every Monday at 6:30 they sit in the dining room and study English with their teacher. Their teacher is American, his name is Jack. Jack is from the United States. Jack can speak Spanish but he can't speak Valenciano. Sara and Ana can speak Valenciano. Sara and her best friend speak Spanish, English, and Valenciano. Sara and Ana are very intelligent, they are very smart.

This is the bathroom. Sara brushes her teeth in the bathroom. She takes a shower or she can take a bath in the bathroom. There is a sink, a toilet, and a bath with a shower in the bathroom. Can you cook in the bathroom?
